Manual turret light load Brinell hardness tester（HB**2.5MP）

Researched and improved by our institution, it is a new type light load Brinell hardness tester, mechanical

and electronic integration product, with concise designed, accurate test, stable function and handy operation.

Main features：

1. Coating adopted car paint technology with white color. Looking more decent, and with the advantage of fullness, high gloss and more scratch resistance. Used for many years looking still bright as new.

2. The minimum test force is 1 Kg, the maximum test force is *2.5 kg, lighter than test force of Brinell, meet more customers requirements.

3. The lifting system and positioning system researched by our institution that make sure the accuracy and repeatability in the test.

4. Designed by our institution engineer that make the optical system imaging more clearer and more accurate.

5. LCD screen indicates the test method, test force, dwell time; The test process is clear; to get the hardness value by ting the indentation diameter length, which avoid the inconvenience by looking up the conversion table.

6. The brightness of light source can be adjusted according to different habit from people, avoiding the visual fatigue caused by operate by long time .

7. Built-in printer, which can print out the data directly.

8. It can be connected to the computer, analysis the material character by using the image software .
