Azteka Health is currently producing and distributing the highest quality natural chia seed available.
Our Chia seed is grown on a high altitude ranch in central Mexico and is pesticide free.

Azteka Health ranches are currently producing a minimum of **0 tons per annual crop. Our Chia seeds are harvested and cleaned mechanically making our Chia seed clean and ready for human consumption.
Chia seed has become widely recognized as a super food due to its antioxidant and nutrient rich properties. It is also gluten free which helps ensure a diverse and complete customer base. Other benefits of our product include-

    * * worth noting is the fact that chia seed when ground will NOT go rancid like flax seed does.

Chia is *6 percent protein, *1 percent fat, and *4 percent carbohydrate of which *8 percent is fiber. Most of its fat is the essential branded*3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid or ALA, according to the USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference, Release *0 (***7).
From a retail perspective, our Chia seed is stable and simple to ship, it can be stored for up to 5 years whole and slightly less ground. Whole Chia seeds requires no refrigeration
(please note that Chia seeds expand 9x their original size when wet, therefore they must remain dry until ready to use)
Our Chia seeds come primarily as a mix of black and white seed, however occasionally we do have plants that produce just white seed     Chia...Nature's superfood!
