 Introduction of CIMM’s Beneficiation Plant 

CIMM and its shareholding plant has developed serial crushing, grinding, classifying, ore dressing and hydro extracting products. It provided a great amount of ore processing complete sets of equipments for large and medium scale state-owned coal enterprises of ferrous, nonferrous and non-metal mines across the country. Main ore processing machinery as follows: crushing equipment, grinding equipment, spiral classifier, magnetic separator, floatation machine, thickener machine, thickener, high efficiency thickener, filter, mixing equipment and other ore processing equipment, etc..

{C} {C}(1) Great breakthrough of hematite ore dressing 

In Diaojuntai Ore Dressing Plant of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Company, the combined flowsheet of continuous grinding, low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation-anion reverse flotation is adopted, which makes the concentrate grade reach *7.5%. In Gongchangling Ore Dressing Plant of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Company, the combined flowsheet of stagewise grinding, magnetic separation of coarse granularity and fine granularity-gravity separation-low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation-anion reverse flotation is adopted, which makes the concentrate grade reach *7.*9%. 

(2) New achievement of magnetite separation 

In Jianshan Ore Dressing Plant of Taiyuan Iron & Steel Company, the combined flowsheet of stagewise grinding-monadical magnetic separation—fine screening—regrinding—anion reverse flotation is adopted, which makes the concentrate grade reach *9.5%. 

(3) Great progress of recovering metals from multiple-metal bearing iron ore 

In Ore Dressing Plant of Baotou Iron & Steel Company, the combined flowsheet of low intensity magnetic separation—high intensity magnetic separation—floatation is adopted by which the ore dressing indexes of iron and rare earths are remarkably improved. The iron ore concentrate grade reaches *3% and the rare earth ore concentrate grade reaches *0～*0%(ReO). 

(4) We have adopted advanced automatic control system in ore dressing plant 

In Jianshan Ore Dressing Plant of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Company and In Diaojuntai Ore Dressing Plant of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Company, the Distributed Control System has been adopted to stabilize the operational conditions, increase the handling capability of equipment and improve the beneficiation indexes.
