Belleville Washers DIN***6 also be known as "Conical Spring Washers", "Heavy Duty Bolting Washers", "Heavy Duty Safety Washers", "Spring Washers", "Belleville Springs", etc. Belleville Washers are widely used in industries such as national defense, metallurgy, engineering, electric power, machine tools, etc.
Heavy Duty Safety Washers DIN***6 is a specialty version of Belleville Spring Washer used to improve security of bolt connection, manufactured as per DIN***6 standard. It is applicable to the static bolting applications in the medium and high strength range.
Belleville Washers supplier helps to balance the stress relaxation in bolt / nut assembly, and has the following functions for loss of preload force, thermal expansion and contraction, and compression of seals caused by wear, deformation and creep of wearing parts:
a. Have enough elasticity to improve the whole elasticity of the connecting pair.
