 Usage

 1,Washing your hands firstly ,tear at the aluminum plastic bag and take out of the tampons .

2. Untie cotton thread and pull it straight, put on the end of cotton thread and pull it straight ,nip it with forefinger and thumb,then put it into the vagina gently in  the depths with  7 cm. 

3. One tampon need use *8 hours and have a rest for *4 hours  then use another one.

Precautions
