Morphology estimation according to WHO & Kruger's strict criterion. Advanced tests like Hypo Osmotic Swelling Test, Vital Staining, and Fructose estimation. Optional test like sperm chromatin assay, ROS estimation, estimation of Zinc, anti sperm antibodies etc. Sperm preparation techniques.
