We source our commodities in the Middle East, the Russian Federation and West Africa. The products include Crude, Heavy Fuel Oil, Diesel and Jet Fuel. By-products such as Urea are also within our portfolio. The oil products are sourced directly from the Refinery and /or Refinery’s Mandate.

Having established itself as a trader in the oil industry, Hi-Petco now seeks to expand both the sourcing of product in the Russian Federation and the sales to new markets particularly in the Far East whether there is already a significant recovery in demand following the World Recession of the last 2 years. • We are able to issue allocation and lifting schedule to buyers within 5 (five) working days. POP will be sent to Buyers Bank after we receive proof of funds.
