• This equipment can accomplish loading, pre-positioning, precision positioning , printing scraping ink return back, mechanically synchronous off-screen and unloading .While printing ,it can synchronously accomplish loading, unloading and pre-positioning. While printing scraping ink returning back, which effectively increases productivity and directly connected to washing and tunnel dryer.
• Machine is equipped with PLC working system , friendly touch-on control panel ,position adjusting system with high precision display function, error alarming system and photoelectric protection device.
• The printing motor is available to choose (servo motor or alternating current machine ).Adopts ABB as the lifting conveying reduction gear box motor, Japan SMC pneumatic components and Germany Rexroth electric controlling components ,PANASONIC,OMRON,MITSUBISHI configuration ,which ensure superior quality and run reliably.
• The screen frame is vertically lifted by electro motion to ensure very less printing ink spill over during the printing .At the same time it can make the printing plate matching and cleaning easily.
• The printing platform can be adjusted from the three directions (X , Y ,Z direction )with self-locking device ,which can ensure the high precision of the printing plate matching.
• Adjustable printing process and size of screen frame fixing device ,which is suitable for different printing size.
• Screen frame snap-off quickly and steadily ,adjusting the height and speed of snapping off , by using hydraulic pressure snap-off equipment, which ensure good printing quality.
• As printing size, equipped with four columns lifting by electro motion, which ensure run in steady, precise positioning , high printing precision etc.
