KEL’s KLF – *5 is a fully automatic hard gelatin capsule filling machine that can fill capsules from size ‘*0’ to ‘4’ with powder. The automatic capsule filling machine KLF**5 fills hard gelatin capsules with medicine in powder, granules or tablet form and then seals the capsules. This machine has gained recognition for its excellent quality and for making an important contribution to the pharmaceutical industry. Process of filling capsules with powder:

Capsule feeding, aligning, inserting & separation -> Upward and backward movement of the upper segment -> Filling with pellets or tablets -> filling with powder -> ejection of faulty capsules -> Vertical movement of the upper segment -> Forward & Downward movement of the upper segment -> Sealing of the capsule -> Discharging of the finished capsule -> Finally cleaning the segment using vacuum and compressed air.
