Must apply for registration of AQSIQ should provide the following  documents :

1. The application form for registration ,

2. The tax registration document notarized , and if there are 

   business registration documents , a notarized copy should be 

   be provided as well ,

3. The description of organizations , departments and job

   responsibilities

4. The planar graph of fixed office indicating the size , and if

   there is processing site , the planar graph should be provide

   as well . Video files or at least 3 photos of fixed office or

   processing site should be provide , which can unfold the

   overall scene of the site mentioned above ,

5. The color copy of Certificate of ISO***1 or ISRI ,

6. The guidance documents of the Quality Control System, 

   including :

A.  The inspection system  for purchasing material and the

    inspection system for material before shipment

B. The system of receiving inspection

C.  The system on control and disposal of substandard  goods,

    hazardous waste and inclusions

D.  The system on measurement and calibration of instrument and

    equipment

E. The raining plans about employees.
