Drilling unit, there are one set of drill unit on each side, each drill unit can install three drill of different diameter. Drill unit can move wholly in order to change the anallatic of the hole. The rotating speed of spindle is stepless adjust controlled by the transducer. Feed-in speed is adjusted by speed regulating valve. Fast forward-phase-reverse can convert automatically. There is a typewriter, the anallatic of typing can be settled optionally. Marking, punching and feed-in drilling is powered by hydraulic, the main parts are imported from abroad. Force circulation system, increase life span of the drill. Controlling system makes up of upper computer、CNC system、servo motor、 PLC、external detector Switch. Only the dimension of workpiece should be , the working program will be generated automatically. Can save、transfer、display and communicate according to the number of workpiece.
