Application scope:
This series of crusher is mainly used for crushing raw coal in coal mine or surface (under ground) coal preparation plant and other fragile materials of
similar hardness in other industries.
Characteristic features:
1. This equipment adopts both shearing and tensile crushing principle. Double motors transmit slowly by means of the hard-tooth-surface gear grinding
reducer. The equipment runs stably with low noise and low over crushing rate of the crushed material.
2. This equipment adopts electric and torque-limited fluid coupling double overload protection which is safe and reliable.
3. The distance between two rollers can be manually or electrically adjusted hydraulically. It is also equipped with a check back device. During work, the
distance between two rollers is constant to keep stable discharging granularity.
4. This equipment has the no-block advantages for dry, wet and viscous materials.
5. This equipment adopts the modular design. The equipped reducer and gear plate can be exchanged between two rollers, which improves the
generality of equipment fittings and lowers the maintenance cost. The equipment is equipped with a roller bracket in convenience for maintenance and
overhauling.
6. The electronic control is realized by PLC to program control the crusher and its material feeding and discharging processes, which is highly automatic.
7. The bearing lubrication of the roller adopts the centralized lubricating system with low labor intensity. It is safe, reliable, convenient and quick. In
addition, the positive pressure grease sealing is set at the bearing labyrinth sealing of roller to improve the reliability of roller bearing sealing.
8. The tooth profile design of the gear plate is advanced with two types including surfacing and wear-resistant steel cast in block. It also adopts excellent
wear-resistant material to obtain long service life.
