A: After received the sample charge and all the material & design be confirmed. It need **7 days to produce it and the express time usually need around **5day.

6) Q: Is the sample charge can be refundable?

A: yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you confirmed the mass production, but for the specific situation pls contact the people who follow up with you order.
