image The High frequency 13.56 MHz band is considered a common frequency band and is used worldwide for applications such as access control, identification, payment, baggage control, laundry and library management etc.

The latest generation of chips for such tags supports anti-collision features, allowing simultaneous reading/writing of multiple tags in the reader field. Unlike the UHF , the HF/NFC 13.56 MHz radio frequency field is not affected by water or human tissue.
