Product Features
1. Excellent waterproof performance. The wall treated with the manycompetence water repellent and waterproof agent just as wear water-repellent coat to keep the rain falling off in drops and shall be always dry when the rain falls on the wall, which is just like the lotus leaf, thus the wall has excellent waterproof, mouldproof, whiskering resistance and weathering resistance.
2. Good permeability. Ordinary waterproof agent (waterproof coating) can block up the micro pores and capillaries (holes) on the surface of the buildings in order to isolate the external water and air so as to achieve the waterproof purpose. However it also blocks the emission of moisture in the building materials, to the ordinary waterproof agent is "airtight", which shall lead to the bubbles, crack and peeling. This water repellent developed with the novel thought, however, can be waterproof and breathable, just like healthy skin, so it is also known as respiratory waterproof coating.
3. Moistureproof, mouldproof and moss free. If the product is applied on the surface of buildings (especially brick walls, plain brick walls, concrete blocks, split brick and taishan brick walls; lime and cement plastering layer), the coating has excellent waterproof, moistureproof and mouldproof function and can be dry in the room while the outdoor is damp, therefore, this product is especially applicable to the (food) warehouse, house, archives, library and other indoor buildings. If it is applied on the joints of tile and Mosaic facing, it can prevent the tiles and Masaic from peeling off due to it does not suck water and is not frozen in winter which shall lead to the expansion; if it is applied on the natural stone, such as memorial tablets or towers, it can prevent the growth of moss so as to keep the surface clean.
4. No pollution, aging resistance and color keeping. If the product is applied to the gardens, historic buildings, red-yellow whitewashed walls, stone statues and stone inscription, it can effectively prevent the rainwater from washing for color keeping, is corrosion and weathering resistant and protect the cultural relics; besides, after the washing of natural rain, there is no dust on these structures and can effectively prevent the pollution.
5. Easy construction and use safety. With water as dispersion medium, this product is non-toxic, no stimulation and no pollution, and can be taken along by train or by air. Apply the diluted emulsion of the product on the used objects and wall with spraying tool (such as mobile or agricultural sprayer and electric pump, etc.) or rolling brush. It will work after *4 hours in room temperature. The surface treated with this product is the same as the original without the color and luster change and does not affect the original appearance, therefore, this product is very suitable for walls built with facing bricks, granite, split bricks and taishan bricks.
     Use Instruction
1. Before use, clear off the fly dirt and moss spot on the surface of buildings and mix the crack sealing agent with cement for caulking of cracks and holes.
2. When using, fully mix the manycompetence and water at the ratio of 1:*0 and then use the  water with agricultural cleaning sprayer or brush to apply the mixture on the dry wall directly twice in the vertical and horizontal directions. The dosage is 1kg/****0 m2 (wall, depending on different base surface).
3. When the water repellent is used, the doors and windows and other undesired parts should be covered. If these parts are polluted, clean them with clean water in time.
4. The coating should be protected from rain within *4 hours after construction. The construction should stop when the temperature is lower than 4℃ and the substrate must be dry if it needs.
5. The coating will work after *4 hours in the room temperature and the effect will better after a week; the curing time will be longer in winter.
6. Pay attention to the rain or sun in the transportation process; the product should be transported and stored according to the requirements of non-toxic and non-hazardous goods; besides, the product shall be protected from freezing and be stored with the cover not closed fully or opened regularly if it is stored for a long time (but it can be stored without a cover in case that it is in valid).
7. The shelf life of the original liquid is one year and the diluent should be mixed while use and used up in that day.
8. The instruction is true and only for test reference; for the application in large area, it should be subject to the different climates and the specific situations of substrate. Here we do not make any guarantee and commitment and customers need to carry out the test before use according to their actual conditions.
