structure:
 Linear vibration screen mainly consist of a screen box,screen frame ,screen cloth,vibration motor,mptor pedestal ,damping spring,holder and so on.
 
1.screen box, is welded by several kinds of different thickness of the steel plate,it has a certain strength and stiffness,,it’s the main part of the screen .
 
2,Damper spring:to prevent vibratiob to the ground,at the same time support the full weight of screen box,spring must be vertical with the ground when installing.
Motor pedestal:before using ,the connection screw should be tightened, eapecially the new screen machine trial the first three days,must be repeated fastening,in order to avoid loose cause accidents

working principle of the machine:
