YEJ series electromagnetic brake motor

This series can acquire slow brake time by changing the connection in the terminal box as per customer's request. This series have low noise and the braking performance is reliable. The working principle: The electromagnetic-brake motors acquire **8V direct current rectified from **0V AC when the power is on. At the same time, the armature is attracted by electromagnet. This makes brake disc ratable and enables motor to run freely. When the power is off, the electromagnet loses electromagnetic force. The armature is pushed by the spring and sticks to endshield of the motor immediately, the rotation is stopped therefore. This series are widely used in machine tools, packaging machinery, woodworker machinery, food processing machinery, chemical engineering machinery, textile machinery, construction machinery, gear reducer and so on. Conditions: Motors of this series can continuously run at the rated power under the following conditions:

Altitude: Above sea level, not exceeding ***0m.
Ambient temperature: It varies with seasons but not exceeding **0
Frequency: *0Hz, *0Hz
Connection: Y-connection for 3kW and below whereas delta-connection for 4kW and above.
Duty: Continuous(S1)
Insulation class: B, F
Protection: IP*4, IP*4 or IP*5
NOTES: Imported bearing and locked bearing at D-end on request.
