Usage: This type of packer has some advantages, such as sealing well, setting reliable, unsetting easily, production and assly easily and operation conveniently. It is mainly used in stratified well testing, water injection, water plugging, acidification, fracture and etc.

Structure features: The packer is composed of hydraulic anchor, circulating system, packer element, mechanical slip and transposert. Single slip support, rotating string tools to set and pull up string to unset. Slip and anchor under special treatment, could touch casing surface strictly. Anchor spring and drag block spring are high-tensile and high strength, which could prevent the packer string from being blocked cause of anchor spring rust together with surface and could not back.

Usage: This type of packer is mainly used in stratified fracture, stratified acidification, or stratum separate operations by achieving some technical target.

Structure features:By hydraulic setting，pull up string tools to unset packer. Under tubing hydraulic pressure, setting piston moves up to open limited system, which could push slip anchor move up to compress element and to achieve setting or anchor. Meanwhile, locking system is in locking position. When hydraulic pressure in tubing is released, slip anchor could not return back cause of locking position and keep setting. Pull up string tools, middle tube of packer moves with external parts to open locking position. Other parts return back by friction or spring, which to unset packer.



Y******5/**8 Packer (inverse well flushing function)

Usage: This type of packer is mainly used in oil recovery, water injection, fracture and acidification.

Structure features:Run the packer to determined depth, fill fluid into tubing, when the pressure is high enough, setting shear pin will be cut and setting piston compresses rubber element. Then element is horizontally inflated, which could seal tubing & casing annulus. Packer has single locking system, which could prevent from unsetting after releasing. When filling fluid into tubing & casing annulus and increase to determined pressure, reverse well-flushing piston could be open. Fill fluid continuously to start reverse well-flashing operation. Pull up string tools to unset the packer.



Y******8 Fracturing Packer

Usage: This type of packer is mainly used in stratified fracture in middle or deep oil & water well, protect casing, stratified well testing, water plugging and etc.

Structure features: Advanced structure, including anchor system, hydraulic locking, upward prevention system and bypass which could balance tubing & casing pressure automatically. Under high pressure (*0MPa), packer will not move upward, block, leak or fracture string being bended.



Z**1 Double Cup Packer

Usage: This type of packer is composed of  two cups with steel bone. It could be used in single string well in which differential pressure is normally, no need to set, sealing by differential pressure or friction between cups and casing surface. It could also be used in low differential pressure shallow well, pressure could be balanced or anchor well, or well flushing and preventing of pollute oil layer technique. The cups could be changed as technical requirement. Without anchor structure, it could be used in vertical well, slope well and horizontal well. No control for operation grade. Two cups could be opposite (keep pressure from two sides), or the same direction. The cups could be assembled in any direction, and disassembled easily. Running string tools to seal tubing & casing annulus, no need of other power plant, which could save operation time and cost.

Structure features: Connected with other sting tools and run into well to determined depth position, it could seal by compression of cups with casing surface and differential pressure. Pull up string tools in workover operation. The cups bear single differential pressure, seal by the cups and casing getting stronger as differential pressure increased. Make sure of bearing direction before running into well, in order to avoid wrong direction of packer.
