    This machine is composed of alloy knife, which is produced by professional factory. This machine has fineness analysis device which can control the material granularity. The wood powder machine feeding port adopts self-suction which can prevent being damaged  by metal block in its working process. The machine collective, bearing all the water-cooled, playing a protective role in the bearing. The inner machine is equipped with three stator circle and crushing cutter head.
Structure:

• Wood powder machine is mainly composed of crushing chamber and air chamber.
• The crushing knife is alloy knife, which is produced by professional factory. 
• Accessory machines are sieving machine, powder collector and dust collector.
• Host grinding chamber uses alloy knife, the motor drives rotor to operate with a high speed, the machinery produces high-speed airflow to make high-strength, compressive force, cutting force, friction on materials, to achieve a unique shredding.

• In the process of alloy knife crushing, the rotor work with high-speed, at the same time the high-speed airflow rotates as blade’s direction, the materials speed up in the high-speed airflow and impact, cut and rub repeatedly. The crushed materials go into the analyzer with the airflow to be analyzed. Under the analyzer rotor centrifugal force and airflow centripetal force function, so when the centrifugal force is greater than the centripetal force, the fine particles with the airflow into the powder collector, and the coarse particles into the crushing chamber to crush the centrifugal action until you are satisfied with the fineness.
