This kind of auto welding machine is easy to handle, with following features:
1. Welding electronic control system: power electrical synchronous control technology, one time pressing, separate welding, precise control and stable function.
2. Wefts are pre-straightened and precut, while warps are fed in the form of coils.
3. Wefts feeding system adopts hopper feeding devices (has won the national patent ZL***********1.3), driven by stepper motor, which can bear a certain amount of precut wefts and feed wefts automatically. 4. Thanks to the limiting stopper for mesh positioning, it is easy to adjust accurately the weft spacing. The electrodes are integrated with the holders, which makes the warp spacing adjusting conveniently within a certain range. Therefore, kinds of meshes can be chosen freely.
5. This machine is equipped with the device of two way elastic bars (has won the national patent ZL***********0.9) for mesh drawing.
6. The finished products can be in coil or in panel.
