3. Operation

1. Fill the tube with testing liquid to *5mL, add the reagent to the tube, sway to dissolved

2. Put the colorimetric tube to the blank of the standard card, then lift the tube up to 1cm, observe the color in the tube from top to bottom, find out the same level on the standard card.

Notes:

1) The PH of testing liquid must be controlled between **8, and temperature ****5ºC.

2) Other oxidant will affect result.

3) The color will be stable within 5 minutes.

4. Background
