Performance characteristics
The main circuit is equipped with component-based structure,
modularized installation method, which can reach the target of
multiple over-voltage absorption and protection. This device can
multiply limiting the clamp of transient dv/dt, lighting impulse
voltage, operation wave over-voltage and that of transient
transition process. It has unique measures and methods to reach
pressure balancing of di/dt, valve recanalizing and turn-off.
Different current intensities are isolated perfectly. The system
adopts high anti-interferential digital contactor, matched with
fiber/CT isolation transforming technology, which helps to avoid
interference of each current, making the high voltage performance
is as reliable and safe as low voltage devices.
The specially designed fault detection return and judging system
can pass the detecting result to the control circuit in time and
start the sound and light alarm, and then it will take
corresponding measures to protect the equipment from expending.
It has a high effect of over *6%(top to *7%), which is far
effective than other soft starters.
It can perfectly protect the stator and motor from faults like
short circuit, over-current, current limiting, over-voltage,
under-voltage, overload, open-phase, 3 phases current unbalance,
overheat, communication fault.
Unique heat dissipation design can effectively cool the
thyristor.
The device has several selectable starts like standard start,
constant current start, double voltage harmonic start, start with
sudden jump, etc.
It is of small volume, low power
dissipation, high sensitivity, and non-contact and so on, and is
easy to install.
General introduction
Widely used abroad, WGQH high voltage solid soft starter is a new
type high voltage motor soft starter which is mainly suitable to
high and medium voltage squirrel-cage AC motor under *0KV. It
adopts DSP controlling technique, power and electron technique
and technique of multiple SCR series/parallel to monitor and
protect the motor completely. Compared with traditional starting
methods, this device has the unique intelligent controlling way,
which is able to set the starting parameters as torque, current,
time of start and stop as well as connecting to computer/PLC to
reach a network controlling. High voltage solid soft starter has
