Iron sand by loader into big workbin,then by vibrator feeder——conveyor into CTC hign-intensity magnetic separator for first separatoring, ferromagnetic substance all be separator,
the non-ferromagnetic substance be discharge, then ferromagnetic substance into CTS fair-current magnetic separator for second separatoring,

improve the Fe grade, then the concentrate into concentrate pool, the tailings discharge by water wheel.

In photo, the iron sand in Balawan Indonesian, use loader load material and use water wheel discharge tailings.

Two program for discharge tailings:
1. Use sand pump, price is cheap, but the vane wheel wear fast, you have to change vane wheel often,
have a high maintenance costs.

2. Use water wheel, price is higher than sand pump, but sturdy durable and low maintenance cost.
