Wet and Thermal Film Laminator

Film Laminator Machine is applied in cementing, drying and laminating, easy to operate.  Film Laminator Machine can be used for multiple purpose, such as oil-type, water-based, and dry-type lamination. 

The newly model **8K Flying-knife Film Laminating Machine, is upgraded version based on current water-based & thermal film laminating machine:

1.Thank to the use of jumbo drying steel cylinder of diameter up to **0mm and high-efficient dryer with heating-energy recycling system, this is not only reducing the loss of energy, but also increasing the drying speed a lot.

2.The assembly of **0mm diameter lamination cylinder and rubber impressioning roller, ensure the surface brightness of final products and save adhesive application,

3. Both of the servo control system and side pull-guage, accordinated with Human-Computer interface, makes the overlapping accuracy of front and rear sheet within +/*1.5mm,

4. New Flying-knife device together with rotary disc fit to separate various flexible film,such as PET, PVC, OPP, metalised film,

5. The whole-trip synchronization belt for drive, the free-adjustment transport belt keep paper not to be distorted,

6. Operators access to machine and lower noise,

7. Additional automatic ejector for kick off the uncut couples of sheet, avoiding paper jam.
