First, overview

It has high-speed light curing, high hardness and superior adhesive force to the surface of metalã€aluminumã€woodã€leather and certain plastic. It is non-toxicï¼Œtastelessï¼Œenvironmental, noncombustible and highly adhesive to coating films. According to different property requirements users can choose different types of active monomers spelled for adjustment, or with the help of water, the viscosity can also be adjusted. It is suitable for making water-based UV coatings like water-soluble metal, wood, plastic and leather. This resin contains no organic solvents and has no residual odor after curing which makes it our companys new generation of environmental friendly and high performance waterborne light-cured resin aimed at the market.

Third, instructions

1.Can add different active monomers and initiators according to the actual needs of paint film.
2.Use active monomer or isopropyl alcohol according to site requirements or when the diluent is tap water.
3.Slowly add the diluent into the water-based UV resin and dilute to an appropriate viscosity, then continuously add active monomers dissolved of initiators to produce waterborne UV coatings. With the water evaporation in the IR process can it enter the UV furnace for curing (suggest to choose waterborne active monomer as the hydrophilicity improves with the increasing quantity of ethoxy ).
4.When the curing condition is through UV lamps of ***0W power or more with the distance between lamps and illuminated objects limited to *5CM, the curing speed reaches the fastest. Otherwise, when the distance gets bigger the curing time needs prolonging accordingly, of course the final curing performance is determined by the actual results.
5.The mechanical cleaning can be finished by detergent solution or caustic soda water of 5%.
Fourth, storage and handling notes

1.This products package is by iron or plastic barrels and the specification is *0kg or **0kg per barrel or determined in accordance with the customer demand.
2.This product should be sealed well to store in a cool and ventilated warehouse and strictly keep away from light.
3.This product is not dangerous goods and not easy to burn, so the storage and transportation can emulate the ordinary chemical products.
4.With room temperature and no light the storage time can be up to *2months.
