Qingdao Kaineng Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd (Stock Code: *****8) is located in Jiaozhou, Qingdao, the national leading high-tech enterprise, and specialized in producing submerged arc furnace exhaust gas boilers, power plant low temperature economizers, generators exhaust gas boilers. It is formally listed on main board on August 5th,***6,  referred to as Kaineng Tech. The company mainly manufactures energy saving and environmental protection products, such as flue gas exhaust gas boiler, low temperature economizer, oil and gas fired exhaust gas boiler, pin fin tube, H-finned tube, marine boiler and different kinds of pressure vessels and so on.

Waste heat generator boiler is the high efficient energy saving equipment for flue gas waste heat recovery of generator sets. The waste heat boiler is adopted needle pipe to strengthen the extended heating surface of the heat transfer components, the heating surface of both sides of water pipe can be greatly increased, meanwhile the strong turbulence formed by the flue gas flowing through the surface of needle pipe can improve the heat transfer efficiency and reduce the soot accumulation, the waste heat boiler is with advantages of compact structure, high heat efficiency, long working life, safe and reliable features, simply maintenance. Now it has been used for hundreds of different gas-fired generator sets, achieved considerable economic benefits.

Features of Waste heat generator boiler: 

  1. Waste heat generator boiler is adopted needle pipe heat transfer enhanced components, to enlarge heat transfer area **8 times, improve the heat transfer coefficient 2 times and increase the heat transfer efficiency *4 times.
  2. Exhaust gas horizontal boiler has self-cleaning capability, the strong turbulence formed by the flue gas flowing through the surface of needle pipe can improve the heat transfer efficiency and reduce the soot accumulation,
  3. Waste heat generator boiler is less wear and tear, tightly sealed, less occupied area, the weight is light, only half to two thirds of the common boiler; and the small size is only half of the common ones, that to ensure the easy installation.
  4. The boilers basic investment is less, only *0%**0% of the common ones, cheap and high cost-effective.
  5. Automatic control, to reduce the labor intensity and number of operation staff on site.
  6. Easier maintenance,  heat pipe conveniently changed to save human and material resources and to maximize reduction of the economic loss
