This machine can perform auto weld in 3D Polygon and 2D Circle also with PDS (Pulse Distance Synchronizations). 3D Auto welding Teach-In mode Vectors is used to program set of position in X, Y and Z axis. These positions will be connected by sequence of linear vectors. After starting the program the machine will move along these vectors automatically by Joystick. 2D Auto welding The Teach-In mode Circle is used to move the X and Y-axis on a circle defined by exactly three points. After starting the program the the machine will move along this circle automatically by Joystick. Spot distance / PDS Pulse Distance Synchronization (PDS). Synchronize the pulse-trigger of the laser with the movement of the laser head. The Can-Step-controller provides a constant Pulse overlapping of pulses at the surface of work piece, depending on the current speed, direction, number and type of each axis. 5.
