What is Whole Body Vibration?
There is no other way to do what Whole Body Vibration does. 
 
It will:
 
1. Create MOVEMENT. Movement is essential to life and health.
 
2. Create REACTIONS. The body moves from left to right up to *0 times a second, making you work by reacting without even knowing it.
 
3. Create a G-FORCE.  Whole Body Vibration (WBV) multiplies the force of gravity on your body making it feel up to 4 times heavier. This means that the body is working under a load I.e.. 4g. Please note at 5g you begin to faint so 4g is the maximum safe gravity level.
 
4. Work the ENTIRE BODY at once. Your whole body works and gets the benefit at the same time. that is why it is called whole body vibration.
