Working principle

The powder vertical cooler is a cooler with multiple heat exchange tubes. The cold air passes through the tubes through the induced draft fan, and the high-temperature powder enters the cooler from the feed inlet. There is a Roots blower blowing system at the bottom of the cooler. The air of Roots blower stirs the high-temperature powder to shuttle through the gap between the tubes, and the cold air and high-temperature powder exchange heat through the tube wall of the tubes, So as to achieve the purpose of cooling high-temperature powder.
