Oil Description
Apricot Kernel Oil Apricot Kernel Oil an expeller pressed oil that is a light weight oil
that is high in Vitamin A Rich, Oleic Acid and Linoleic Acid. It has
an excellent texture that is great for all skin types. It is exhibits
skin softening and moisturizing properties and is therefore
recommended for skin that has is dry, irritated or has
prematurely aged. It can be used in soap, lotion and cosmetic
formulations.
Avocado Oil Avocado Oil an expeller pressed oil that exhibits excellent
penetrating qualities making it ideal as a massage oil or carrier
oil for treatment products. Avocado Oil adds moisturizing
attributes while exhibiting low comedogenicity on the skin. It may
be used in cosmetics, toiletries, bar soaps, massage oils, hair
care applications as well as in creams, lotions, balms, lipsticks or
any anhydrous formulation where the benefits of Avocado Oil are
desired.
Castor Oil Castor Oil is a vegetable oil that is produced from castor seeds. It
remains very liquid at both high and low temperatures. It is rich
in fatty acids. Cast oil acts as a humectant in soaps and
cosmetics as it draws moisture to itself. Castor oil provides a
wonderful glide to lip products.
Coconut Oil – Fractionated Fractionated Coconut Oil is an expeller pressed oil and then
solvent extracted oil that produced via chemical reaction between
Coconut Oil fatty acids and glycerin. Ours contains no trace of
hexane. It is a popular addition to lotions and considered an
excellent base for massage oils.
Emu Oil Emu Oil is an incredible lipid replenishing ingredient. It's unique
penetrating properties make it an excellent carrier vehicle for
other ingredients. Emu Oil makes bar soaps less drying and has
been used in Australia for thousands of years as a natural
remedy for the treatment of skin disorders such as eczema,
psoriasis, burns, sunburns, abrasions and dry skin. It is believed
to have natural anti-inflammatory properties. This oil will appear
creamy below *5º F.
Evening Primrose Oil Our Evening Primrose Oil is extracted (without the use of
solvents) from the Evening Primrose Plant. It offers an unusually
concentrated source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), with 7% to
*0% of its fatty acids available in the form of GLA. Highly
recommended for dry skin.
Grape Seed Oil Grape Seed Oil is a light weight oil that is high in Vitamins,
Minerals & Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids. The oil is believed to
preserve the natural moisture in aging skin. It has a reputation
for being an oil that easily penetrates the skin. It has a light
green color. It can be used in massage oils, soaps, lotion, and
cosmetic formulations.
