Typically green vanilla beans are brought from the fields at ****5% moisture. After ****2 hours in our Vanilla Dryers depending on program selection, they achieve a moisture level of *0%. This is a significant step forward from the traditional drying methods. The vanillin content is also higher using this method.

We have 6 Vanilla Dryer sizes in the Sahara series depending on the volume or capacity of product that requires curing. All models have a multilingual touch screen interface which is super easy to use, program and monitor. All-important data can be recorded and shared among your team. We have named our 3 types of dryer named after famous cities in Vanilla regions: Kampala, Tanna & Moresby. Each model has 2 sizes.

Kampala *3S: 5.5KW, 6 Trolleys, *6 Trays.

Kampala *3D: *1KW, *6 Trolleys, **6 Trays.

Tanna *6S: 9.5KW, *2 Trolleys, **2 Trays.

Tanna *6D: *8.4KW *4 Trolleys, **4 Trays.

Moresby *2D: *2.8KW *0 Trolleys, **0 Trays.

Moresby *2S: *9.4KW *0 Trolleys, **0 Trays.
