Vertically Lapped Fiberfill is new environmental non woven material. Here we simplify it as V-lap. It looks like foam, but has no toxic,no smelling. With three-dimensional intertwinded structure, Vertically Lapped Fiberfill is highly breathable and hygroscopic , as moisture is able to spread out from the gap of fibre rapidly. People call it breathing buffering material with great comfort.

Compared with foam,Vertically Lapped Fiberfill is much lighter. Generally, it weighs one-fifth to one-third lighter than foam under the same volum

The production of V-lap is a physical process, and has no chemical change, so it won't turn yellow.
