To clear factory preset codes used for testing purpose, you need to do the following.

Press and hold the top two s (lock and unlock label) at the same time for approximately 3 seconds, then LED indicator flashes three times, followed by a continuous fast blinking, indicating that the remote control codes stored is deleted.
