Usage:
This machine is mainly used in Rubber & Plastic Product factory for Natural Rubber Mixing(plasticating),Raw Rubber and Compound mixing,rubber warm-up mixing and
pressing sheet.

Features:
A.Â Â The roll adopts the vanadium titanium metalÂ alloy chilled cast ironÂ and its surface isÂ hardÂ andÂ wear-proof. The internal cavity is processed to make temperatureÂ well proportionedÂ on the roll surface.
B.Â Â The machine is equipped with anÂ overload protection deviceÂ to prevent the main components from being damaged.
C.Â Â The machine is also equipped with anÂ emergency brake device. When an emergent arises,
justÂ draw the safety pull rod, and the machine will stop immediately. It isÂ safe and reliable.
D.Â Â The transmission system adopts aÂ hardened tooth-surface reducer, which has a compact structure with higher transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer service life.
