LEFU™ Two Component Waterbased EPI Adhesive For Gluing Hard Solid Wood
Excellent for gluing various hardwood, including teak, oak, beech, hickory, cherry, hard maple, etc.
Suitable for almost all pressure systems, including high frequency press, cold press, hot press, etc.
Can be used within many application fields, e.g., edge to edge gluing, finger jointing, mitre gluing, assembly, wide surface laminating, multi-layer laminating.

Useage Guidance
• Make sure the wood surfaces are clean, smooth, level off and without bending.
The moisture content of timber should be 8%**5%.
• The mixing ratio of main agent and curing agent is usually *0:1(by weight).
Please mix well before use.
• Use special glue spreader or brush to spread, and the coating should be uniform.
• Cold pressure system must keep clamping securely for 1.**2 hours.
• Should use up the mixing glue within *5 minutes.
• The newly bonded material can be reworked after *2 hours.

Precautions
• To keep work site well ventilated and avoid any contact with children.
• In case of any contact with skin and eyes during operation, immediately clean them with water or treat them according to doctor's advice.
• Unused products should be sealed storage in a dry and cool place and far away from high temperature.
