beam:
Beam is used to support the roof inside the house. The beam produced
by our machine is smooth in the surface and has excellent weight
capacity with precast steel in the concrete.
Working principle:
The concrete beam forming machine works on the flat platform with the motor power. After convened by the speed reducer and taking advantage of the repeatedly straight working line of the slider, the cement is pushed into the mold in the machine to be formed.
Meanwhile the outside vibration makes the concrete highly plasticized. Under the reaction of theslider moving, the whole machine will move along the steel wire overcoming the frictional resistance. The concrete beam is forming behind the machine. After few days maintenance, we can cut the concrete beam into different length.
