Tungsten carbide heading dieÂ

1/Â GENERALÂ INTRODUCTION
TungstenÂ carbide cold heading die for cold punching and heading of screws and nuts.
High impact resistance ,Toughness,wear resistance,and quality consistency. You are encouraged to use our professional carbide grades for cold heading &punching die nibs. Power metallurgical Compacting dies and other industries.For stable performance and high-cost-effectiveness.They have been proved to be ideal in making non-ferrous metal , ferrous metal and their alloys.

Zhuzhou UKO Cemented Carbide Co.,Ltd. could supply variousÂ grades and sizes cemented carbide heading die to customer, we have most complete mould stocks, also we could make any sizes as per customer's requirements.

All of our heading dies are sintered by HIP furnace, and we used the excellent raw material, our heading dies was exported to Germany, Italy, Turkey, South east Asia and Japan, the qty of our heading die production is over *0 MT per month, and the quality if very competive.

Cut-off knifes & quils for wire dia less than 8mm, dies for difficult extrusions.
GT*0	*3.3	***0	*5.0	Â Extra-ordinary high toughness & good wear resistance. Good strength at elevated temperature. ideally suited for tools which are subjected to impact loads, easily machinable. Very good performance on heading and forming dies, performing and finishing dies for cold forming of screws, rivet, bolt, nut and similar cold headed parts. Cold forming dies for cylindrical and taper roller for roller bearings. Cold forming dies for bearing balls. Dies for impact extrusion, quils& cutters for wire dia. More than 8mm.Â Â Â
