Technical exlanation

High reliability
During the operation of the equipment, the product is produced in a completely sealed system without twice pollution points. The signals of equipment and canning machine are interlocked to prevent miso-peration during canning and feeding and guarantee quality of finished products.   

High quality finished products
The equipment is designed through digital heat quantity calculation, which has precisely designed the heat exchanging area required for temperature rise and cooling of products, so as to make sure that the products can continuously carry out instant cooling and heating treatment, effectively reduce the loss of product flavor and nutritious content and kill the harmful bacteria.
According to customer requirements, the equipment can be provided with multiple sections of cooling with adjustable outlet temperature, which is suitable for cold canning.

The equipment adopts the form of multiple tubes, i.e.,a shell tube is covered by multiple small parallel tubes to form combined tubes, and multiple sections Of combined tubes will be connected. The internal and external tubes of the tube set adopts the design of unique floating head and double sealing, which avoids the pollution and has no stress caused by heat expansion. It can endure higher pressure with the maximum pressure drop permissible reaching **0bar.   

Long operation time
The equipment is made of high quality pipes accor-ding to high standard so as to guarantee good heat conducting efficiency of the heat exchanging tube. The control parts of the control system are internationally famous brand products with high heat conducting efficiency and control precision of temperature error. The system can operate stably with long operation time.

During the production, just slightly touch the touch screen, and the system will automatically and instantly complete all production operations, which realizes human-machine dialogue in a real sense. The full-automatic control system has greatly enhanced production efficiency.

Self-provided CIP cleaning system can achieve automatic cleaning in place (CIP), and is independent of the starting of CIP system on plant main line.
All control components are imported internationally famous brand products, which can reliably guarantee control.

Simple and convenient maintenance. During the maintenance, only O Rings require changing, and there is no need to use any heavy tools.

The manufacturing materials are completely in acco-rdance with GMP standard for food factories and GTAW welding technology is adopted according to ASME welding standard.

The equipment can be designed into electrical appli-ance controlled type according to customer require-ments. It can be designed into pasteurizer (PUT) and high temperature sterilizer (HTST) according to the requirements of sterilizing temperature of products.
