OTECH water still produces pyrogen free distillate, which meets the demands for water for injection according to USP, EP and CP (China Pharmacopoeias ***5). With production capacity varies from **0L/H to ***0L/H, it is widely used in Pharmaceutical , Food and Fine Chemical industries, etc.


Working Principle
It adopts falling film evaporation principle. That is, the feed water (with the stated characteristics) first flow through condenser then preheated by the pre-heaters. The pre-heated feed water (around **7°C) enters into the tubes of the first column where it exchange heat with the plant steam flow through the shell chamber of the first column. The pure steam generated in the first column enters into the shell chamber of the second column as heating source. The feed water that has not evaporated in the first column enters into the second column to get it evaporated. This process is repeated in the remaining stage under condition of gradually falling temperature and pressure.
The steam produced in the last column and distilled water fraction from the remaining column is led the main cooler where it condenses. The distillate is output from the condenser.
