DVTP Double Stages High Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification System has a high pumping rate of two-stage vacuum system, a unique degassing, dehydrating function, using the most advanced three-dimensional double-flash technology, fast and efficient removal of oil in liquid water, while double precision multistage comb filter can efficiently remove oil in the water, gas, particulate impurities, acidic substances and oil oxidation products, thus improving the dielectric strength of the transformer oil, to reduce the acid value of the oil and dielectric loss, to ensure the safe operation of oil-filled electrical equipment.
 
DVTP Double Stages High Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification System is mainly composed of inlet valves, strainers, heater, solenoid valves, vacuum tank, low vacuum degassing member, high vacuum degassing member, low condenser vacuum, high vacuum condenser, vacuum pump, roots pump, filling the vacuum solenoid valves, rotary vane vacuum pumps, circulating cooling water pumps, water tanks, floating ball valve, exhaust pump, check valve, a fine filter, two fine filter, oil electric control valve system components.
 
Working principle of DVTP Double Stages High Vacuum Transformer Oil Purification System
After purification of the insulating oil into the coarse filter, coarse filter out particulate impurities in the oil, supplied to the heater, heated to a temperature of fluid through the valve into the vacuum tank. In the vacuum tank oil by high vacuum and low vacuum dehydration degassing zone a special layer to change the flow of oil and state, rational matching vacuum pumping speed and the heating temperature, the water in a vacuum need only *5degree you can boil evaporation, the oil in the water and gas will soon be excluded from the two-stage vacuum pumping system outside the machine.
