single-sheet double-servo Semi-automatic nailing machine It is the equipment used for the final procedure of carton manufacturing, and is mainly used for stitching of single-sheet corrugated carton board to meet the production demands of several varieties and different batches, it is applicable to such products as food and cotton textile packing requirement, and is fairly ideal carton equipment presently.

Function

● Double-servo drive (patent No. **********9.6), high accuracy, less mechanically driven part, effective reducing machinery failure rate

● Rear manual baffle plate or rear electric baffle plate (option) (patent No.: ***********0.9 ), driven by step motor in accurate size, convenient and fast for size change

●　Manually or electrically adjusting the paper feeding rubber wheel clearance (option)

●　Operation with touch screen, convenient and fast for parameters (stitching space, nail quantity, nail type, rear baffle plate) change

●　It can nail with single nail (/ / /) , double nails (// // //) and reinforced nail (// / //) to meet the nail type demand of the clients.

●　It only takes one minute to change size.

●　Automatic counting for paper feeding part (****9), automatic feeding out after one bundle is complete for convenient bundling.

●　It can nail carbon with cover and carton without cover (the minimum space between the first nail to the carton edge is *5mm).

●　It will make automatic alarm if there is no stitching line remained (to avoid bad products with omitted nail or less nail caused by exhaust of stitching line) .

●　It only requires two operators from semi-finished product to nailed finished-product, operation is simple and convenient, it can reduce salary.
