Contains large amount of Iron powder. Thick flux covering, usually
amounts to almost *0% of the electrode weight. Higher deposition
efficiency. These electrodes are well suited for making fillet
welds in flat or horizontal position. The weld bead has a smooth
finish and fine repels. Smooth and quite arc, very low spatter, can
be used with higher travel speed. Operate in DCEP / DCEN &
AC.
APPLICATIONS
Welding of Mild Steel plates. Pressure vessels, Ship Plates,
Penstocks, welding of heavy sections and all jobs involving static
and dynamic loading.
