Three-step refining slice vanadium process

Vanadium pentoxide drying and calcination introduction:
Making slice vanadium by using a drying, decomposition, rapid melting technology is the international advanced process equipment.
Traditional process method is one-step process

The one-step process simple, the main problems is,

the high energy consumption, energy utilization ratio less than *0%.
2. Low recovery, it can achieve recovery around *5% ~ *7%.
3. Environmental pollution, melting vanadium generated in ammonia universal emissions into the air, cause air pollution
4. Poor working environment, because of bad sealing, produced dust and smoke affect the environment and workers' health

Our three-step process
Three-stage method to process, namely drying, deamination, melting
1. Pan vanadium will be powdered by drying machine
2 deamination in the deamination equipment
3. By melting furnace melting

a, drying
Put the pan vanadium into the dryer by the feeder, mix with hot air and flash drying, under the force of mechanical scattering, the pan will become dried powder.
b, deamination
Put the powdered vanadium into the deamination equipment, after mixing with the hot air, the vanadium will be decompose in ten second, then we can get V2O5
c, melting

During the melting process, we use three-phase arc furnace, radiant tube melting furnace and flash melting furnace. Radiant tube melting furnace and the flash smelting furnace are the new type furnaces for rapid melting of vanadium. They are consist of flash melt chamber, heat preservation of molten pool.
