Two advantages of phytase HT*5
when compare with others in the market:
Firstly, natural thermostable, non-coated, can
easily contact with feed, in *0℃
buffer *0min recovery is *2.*6%, while DXM
phytase is 8.*4%, besides, in *5℃
buffer *0min, recovery is *7.3%. It is easy to
repeat this tube test in your lab.
Secondly, wide pH range, 2.0~7.5, optimum at
4.5, other phytase has no activity around pH7.0, HT*5 can work at
pH7.5.
