The Procedure of Iran VOC certificate

  The Iran VOC certificate is a forced certification by Iran customs which should be issued by a third party certificate body and the third party should be accepted by the customs. When you import product ,first, you need to record in Iran customs and then confirm the standard of the product which you import, accordingly, apply for the VOC certificate to us ( ASCO) The next and most important is the test report (TR), it should be issued by supplier which like a factory inspection report.
If you have no ISO***0 certificate, no matter supplier of factory ,it means the supplier has no qualification to do the TR at their own factory, they need to draw samples and send to a third lab, under this circumstance, only lab report is required, no need to do the TR, after we get the lab report, we will issue the COI and sent to buyer for the customs clearance.
 
If you have ISO***0 certificate, it means the supplier has the qualification to do the TR at the factory. About issuing the TR, we have the specialized technical department to help you, only you kindle cooperation is highly necessary. After we get the TR from supplier, it would be sent to our head office by our technical department, once your TR is accepted by our head office, we will arrange witness testing on site. If buyer confirm the report, after supplier sending us the original scanning of the BL (Bill of lading), PL, Commercial Invoice, we will issue the COI .
 
   Detail of the procedure of VOC certificate as below:
 
1) Submit applications: provide relevant document including: a) P/I, Importer contact information b) Packing list  2) Application to ASCO a) Filling the service booking form (you can applied from ASCO CHINA or ASCO IRAN ), then get the reference no. for report. b) Sign inspection agreement  3) Quotation a) Confirm the inspection type: PSI or VOC  b) Determine inspection plan c) Confirm the quotation  
4) Quotation confirmed and payment a) Quotation written confirmation b) Sent the receipt of bank slip to us c) Provide the payer detail information  d) Issue inspection invoice 5) Inspection appointment  a) Confirmed the inspection date and place b) Confirmed the contact person/ supplier represent & contact information 6) Inspection execution  a) Inspection including: appearance, quality ,packing & lables b) Inspection result bulletin  7) Inspection document prepared: a) Inspection report / Test Report  b) MD/ SD c) Packing list, Commercial Invoice, BL, LC with sigh and stamp d) The draft report prepared  8) Issued VOC
If all documents provided, VOC will be issued in **7 work days .
