Gear is a common part for mechanical transmission system. The helical gear is widely adopted in the condition of high speed and heavy load due to its smooth transmission, less shock and vibration and small noise. Helical cylindrical gear drives are superior to straight teeth type, furthermore it can provide closer center distance for the application in high-speed and heavy-load operation.

Advantage:

(1) Good meshing performance: the helical gear tooth mesh with each other in transition. And the force on the gear tooth is gradually reduced or increased; The helical gear is suitable for the working condition of high speed and overloading.

(2) Large overlap: The increasing overlap of the gear leads to the stronger carrying capacity, which also extends the service life of the gear.
