1).Before mass produtction, we will check the material and confirm it is the same with sample material.
2).Keep tracing every process of the manufacturing from beginning to the end.
3).Strict inspect process: QC department will make a second inspection after the self-check by operators.
4). QC from customers will come to make final check before delivery or they authorize the third part to make final inspection.
5).All the QC documents will be recorded after the products are shipped to customer and will train the operators and QC if NG products are found.
