• Translation of technical documentation within the scope of the project. Correct translation verification by technical experts.
• Development of Safety Analysis in compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union.
• Technical Passport development in compliance with the RF rules and norms.
• Operating Manual development in compliance with the RF rules and norms.
• Rendering service to a foreign manufacturer applicant representing the foreign manufacturers functions as a mandatory requirement for TR CU conformity assessment.
• Certification of equipment in compliance with requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR CU **4/***1, TR CU **0/***1, TR CU **2/***1, TR CU **0/***1, TR CU **2/***3.
• Expert conclusions and approval of deviations from the RF norms, if required.
• Technical clarifications and specialists participation in technical meetings within the scope of the project.
• Monitoring of the equipment manufacturing progress and quality.

• VNIINEFTEMASH is the author of national design, manufacturing and strength analysis standards for pressure vessels GOST ****7, GOST R ****0, GOST R ****7.1, GOST R ****7.*2 providing the legal basis for equipment manufacturing and certification.
• Knowledge of foreign norms and regulations ASME, EN, API, GB, DIN, NS.
• VNIINEFTEMASH specialists have developed thousands of technical designs of technological equipment (pressure vessels) and have participated in installation supervision and pre-commissioning works.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union the specialist have received an industry-specific education and have undergone mandatory training.
• Adherence to the efficient project-related communication procedures convenient to the Customer.
