Product Description

TB**0S Double-sided pasting machine is a advanced and professional production equipment for the supply of plate pasting process in the production of lead-acid battery to meet domestic and abroad customers needs. By special design, we make the paste go through the grid during pasting. The pasting surface is even, with no ribs bare and paste quantity relatively even on both sides. It could achieve accurate control of pasted plate weight error, which ensures the consistency and stability. This machine is an ideal equipment for pasting process in the production of lead-acid battery. 
 
Device characteristics
●Plate feeder:
1/The mechanism is lengthened to make safer operation;
2/The height difference is adaptable to suit for varieties of grid designs;
3/The plate receiver is lengthened to make steadier plate feeding;
4/The feeder suckers is made of durable silica gel to reduce its consumption.
●Main machine:
1/Main machine transmission and paste container adapt frequency control to achieve continuously viable function, which is suitable for varieties of thickness, size and production speed;
2/The main machine is widened;
3/The paste belt is lengthened to be as long as ***0 mm as driven roll in main machine is thickened, getting rid of the phenomenon of less diameter of driven roll causing paste belt lengthened, which can efficiently enlarge the life length of paste belt and reduce costs;
4/Special quantified paste releaser is engineered to reduce paste wastes and production costs;
5/Double layers is engineered in paste container, to protect paste from entering into bearings, which may cause huge error in pasted weight, thick, break in paste mixing shaft and paste pressing shaft;
6/Integrate lubricating is engineered to make easy maintenance for operators.
●Water feeding and acid feeding parts:1/Water feeding parts and all other parts(including screws and frameworks) touching with water and acid are acid resistance materials to enlarge the life length;
2/The cover material of water feeding roll and acid feeding roll are made of acid resistance materials;
3/The water and acid feeding shaft adapts whole shaft design to avoid the welding half shafts breaking for corrosion after using for a period in other pasting machines.
4/The transition between water and acid feeding parts adapts special materials, to solve the problem of paste adhering.
