Normal use method:
1. Use the headphones for 12 hours to 24 hours with 1/3 volume of the normal audition strength;
2. Use the headphones for 12 hours with 2/3 volume of the normal audition strength;
3. Use the headphones for 72 hours with the volume of the normal audition strength;
4. Use the headphones for 24 hours with 3/4 volume of the normal audition strength;
5. Enter normal use phase;
6. The volume shall not be too loud during normal use and should be kept at 2/3 of the maximum volume;
7. Put off the headphones during sleep to avoid damage;
8. The above-mentioned is the recommendation of headphone burn-in. You may do it based on your own requirement. 

Tips:
1. Please select high-quality earphones;
2. Please adjust the volume to 40-60 db (general conversation or slightly lower voice, with soft not harsh voice is more appropriate). Do not increase the volume for the pursuit of stimulation so as to avoid excessive stimulation and hearing damage;
3. Take off the headphone for a few minutes each time per half an hour to avoid accident;
4. Please do not listen to music with headphones when you ride, take bus or walk to avoid accident; 
5. Please stop using the headphones for a while in case of dizziness, earache and ramming. 
6. If you have tinnitus (such as cicadas, sirens, metal sound, etc.), and progressive hearing loss, please go to the ENT Department of hospital for diagnosis and treatment because this is very important to prevent deafness.
